To add to Krusty's happy vibes today, it was a year ago today that we brought our dog to the ER and were told he had an aggressive cancer and a

couple of weeks to a couple of months to live. After getting surprisingly good results with what was supposed to be just palliative radiation treatment and then moving on to what seemed like palliative chemo (it's just supposed to slow the cancer, not cure it), he still with us a year later. Still in full remission with no sign of the cancer (though who knows at a cellular level). Drs. have never seen results like this for this cancer. No side effects from the chemo (that will essentially continue for the rest of his life), great energy and all around in great shape. The dog's a freakin' miracle.
