well, i mean the work of discussing your personal experiences and issues is personal work.. learning is from someone who is external.

i don't have the tools or experience to work through any of those attitudes - i have to hear from people who are effected. but finding a black person and loading them up with your issues isn't a good way to handle it.
but yeah, hiring someone to speak to you, for sure a possible solution.
