I think it would depend the renter if allows for multiple people to sign the lease -- nm - JD Feb 3, 10:15 1
- My exp in san fran was, one person, or couple sign the lease so its based on their income, but you could go 50% of your monthly inc for rent - zeitgeist Feb 3, 11:06
