He was a two way player that was one of the best pitchers and hitters in the game. He won 47 games in '16 and '17 with an era -- (edited)

of 1.75 and 2.01 in '16 and '17 but his hitting was so great by '18 he was pitching much less. From 38 starts to just 19 in 1918.

He was so much better than anyone had ever seen. I like Mookie Betts and think he's a top 5 player but he's far from being in the same class as Ruth
