Those are death by firearm rates, not homicide rates.

Greenland's homicide rate is comparable to the US - 5.3 vicitms per 100,000 inhabitants which isn't great but isn't shocking. But it has the world's highest suicide rate, and about 37% of those are by firearm, and those are included by death by firearm
