it's one game, one day, and the score right now is zero - zero. There's only one game every 4 years, and we've been anticipating it for months now.
It's like Red Sox x 1000.
The only thing we have to go on is who people "say" they are voting for. People say one thing and do another - amanda already admitted she told a pollster one thing but is doing another (not that there's anything wrong with that).
I'm trying to soften myself for the blow of defeat, because I think there's a lot at stake, and I can just envision McCain's "shrug/who-knew!" face if he happens to win.
Either way, we go on with our lives on November 5, but the anticipation is palpable.
