My dumbest client experience, I had samples of photo packages mounted on a board. So many 5x7s, wallet sets,a guy wanted this package BUT

The samples showed a family group in portrait mode, vertical but his larger family group was in landscape mode.
I said don't worry, I can fix that, but the look on his wife's face, a total jaw drop...
