That said, California regulators can still hold this up and that's why I finally bailed out.

Yeah as it widened further I got cold feet. I don't think Sprint survives without that merger.

Just looked. Sold half those shares in Jan 3rd for $5.20 a share, and the other half Feb 3rd for $4.36 a share. As you can see it was trending down -- nm
