the early states he missed the cut off. However, in Oregon we are only seeing Trump and Bloomberg ads here. So I see his play

Push early in the later states where NOBODY is doing anything right now. He doesn't ever have to drop out because he has no momentum = donors cash to keep going.
Currently he's my pick, but that is mostly because I don't care right now because backing a candidate that probably won't even be on the Oregon ballot, I simply and not paying 1 second of attention to any of them.
He's got a shot imo
