I went to my property management office and as I walked in the door they recognized me and greeted me by name.

Can you do that... SPAWN?
Anyway, they management a number of house in my neighborhood (although fewer now as the owner of my home also owns a number of other properties, and he’s selling all of them). I’ve asked them to look out for other properties as they become available. Being a college town, we expect a lot of properties to become available in the next month or two and they truly like me as a client so hopefully they’ll be able to hook me up.
