Hmm, interesting. Pluto TV is CBCViacom's little known free streaming service. But Viacom licensed their Nickelodeon content to Netflix.

It's not clear to me what the Nick-Netflix deal entails. Maybe the back catalog is not included, as this article suggests it's a license to create *NEW* content (which arguably is EVEN WORSE!) I also don't necessarily grasp the exclusivity of the deal. But it clearly shows that Viacom had its head up its ass when it made the deal back in 2019. They tied their hands for years by making this deal.
To say nothing of how they further shot themselves in the foot by licensing South Park to HBO for a fucking DECADE. Good work, there, guys.
