MRI shows that I have a meniscus tear. Have an appointment but not too worried as it seems to feel better when I run regularly than if I rest it.

As long as I ice after I run it seems generally okay-ish. When I rested it for a week it got worse so I had started back running and it got better. Anti inflammatory medicine helps but I try not to use them very often.
