Blood work back. Need to lower cholesterol. Quick google and many of the suggestions I am either allergic to or despise. This should go great.

Avacados? Nope.
Almonds? Nope.
Eggplant? Nope.

Looks like I’m going to be eating a boatload of apples, grapes, strawberries, peas and beans. Not at the same time.
