I'm guessing the crumple zones worked perfectly on the car and Ralph Nader is the real winner. -- nm

I'm guessing the truck won the battle, but in court the war will be won by the owner of the 2018 car. -- nm*

Corporate auto policies have huge limits. Car driver will have a mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) and never work again. Millions in settlement

Depends on the state and the laws. CA, NJ, TX great places for a plaintiff. No fault states and a lot of the south, the returns aren't worth it
