Yeah, just to clarify legally, The basis for an injunction to have been issued would be that the plaintiffs have to show that monetary damages would

not be sufficient to compensate for the loss and that they have a reasonable likelihood of winning the claim. If they failed to get the injunctions, it's pretty hard to go back and get the injunctive relief they were originally seeking.
