Jesus, I had no idea the Minor League players get hosed this badly. Baseball's passed rules bring their money *UP* to this.

Using the minimum increase here, a minor-leaguer would have gotten about $1500 a month under the old program so every baseball player was at the poverty level. Expecting a world-class talent to be improved by a guy making food-stamp money.
Let's say the maximum basically had them playing for less than $1000 a month. WTF.
