My wife and I are looking for a "new" car...

A 2014-2016 used car. Hatchback or SUV, and the golden must be able to fit comfortably in the back. Must be an electric vehicle. Can't be from a carmaker who supports the Coalition for Sustainable Automotive Regulation. Must still be eligible for the Southern California Edison electric vehicle rebate program, and the Clean Air Vehicle sticker that will let me drive in the HOV lanes by myself.

Which leaves me with a grand total of seven vehicles I can consider:
Audi A3 e-tron
BMW i3 and i3 REx
Ford C-Max Energi
Ford Fusion Energi
Ford Focus EV
Honda Accord Plug-in Hybrid
Honda Fit EV
