80k net votes. Subtract the Hillary voters who would not vote for Bernie, you have to make up for them.

I'm not saying they will vote Trump (dunno) but there is some number (small? maybe? not sure) of people who did vote for Hillary who won't vote Bernie. (For purposes of this I mean for policy reasons, not the Hilary/Bernie friction). There are others who will vote for Bernie who didn't voter for Hillary (either didn't vote, voted third party, whatever).
It's a much more complicated calculus than just flipping 80K votes.
