my aunt wanted my mom to have a duress word when she went to Africa "in case she was in trouble but couldn't say". which sounds like a good idea, but probably has no practical use in the real world. if you're kidnapped, they almost certainly want ransom, in which case they want you to tell people you've been kidnapped. unless you're like a nuclear physicist or something (look out, nubby!).

but yeah, my tweet would be the duress word. my aunt came up with one. we still make fun of her.
