So back in September I went to urgent care only to be told I didn't have strep. Thought I gave them my HSA card at the time.

Apparently I did not. Last month my dad calls me and says he got a call from the office (a huge provider in the area) saying I still haven't paid the bill. I never got anything in the mail from them, and it turns out the address they had for me was the very first time I went to them back in 2005 when I lived in a different apartment, so they were getting mailed somewhere else.
We updated the address, but I still didn't see anything for a couple of weeks. Earlier this month, I was on the HSA site and saw the claim and had the option to pay the provider, so I did.
I got a final notification a week or two ago, dated 2/14.
Yesterday I got a letter from a collections agency about the bill.
I called the HSA account (much more accessible than the provider's billing department because I'm usually at work then) and they confirmed what I can see on the HSA site, I sent payment 2/8, a check was mailed to the provider 2/10 and it cleared on 2/18.
What do I do?
