I feel like a few things can happen:
Taxi driver is just a fool, and Saul scares him and/or kills him
Taxi driver is a spoter, that's why he brought the second guy, for visual verification--Could be Kim trying to find him--or a drug dealer. I think it sets up the shocking ending in S6. Saul dies? Most likely
Taxi driver is connected to...Walter White, who is still alive. Last shot, of the the last episode will be Saul/Walter reunite--followed by, new show or new movie?
