walter white had 11 million, that after all the ways he blew wads of it.
saul was getting 15% plus all the hustles he had going, and he was stashing it, laundering it, investing it...
so he should have had enough to slip out to Europe, or Thailand and reinvent himself
as for kim, i'm pretty sure the whole I'll be lucky to be a manager of a cinabon in des moines or wherever, I don't think that's an accident, I think they once had a passing reference, she had said if she hadn't gone to lawschool she'd be a cashier in grocery store in a tiny town.
