That article sounds more likely a 9-0 against him hits than a tear-down of SEC ability, no?

Breyer, Kagan, Alito, Gorsuch all seem like they were having none of it.
So your left with Thomas and Kavanaugh as possibles to dismantle govt; Roberts I don’t think gets over his skis on that; and then I doubt RBG or Sotamayor inhibit you guys as a matter of course. 7-2 worst case?
Am I reading that wrong or did the article do a bad job of telling reality?
