LA County now allows you to vote anywhere within the county. I tried 3 places because the ones were so long. Even the short line took an hour. My

friend's husband waited 3 hours. They rolled out a new touch screen voting system for this election and 1/2 the machines weren't working. We had punch ballots before at most locations. I think it hurt Biden because it wasn't something older voters were comfortable with. There was a little arrow at the bottom that was hard to see that said more that you had to hit several times to get to him or Sanders. Bernie had the early mail in and younger voter who is more tech savvy advantage. If there hadn't been 26 candidates for President, it would have been a lot easier. The volunteers were much younger than usual, 20s and 30s, and they were trying to help. I think that's why the lines were so long.
