I think he enthuses people who normally vote. I don't think he does much to grow new voters.

He's playing the game the old way, and will probably win. But the old way is dying and we need people who speak to those who don't vote because the difference between Dem and GOP is sometimes hard to discern and neither speak to their needs and ideals
