These are all very different questions:
1. Do you support M4a?
2. Do you support M4a if taxes go up? (implied: your taxes go up)
3. Do you support M4a if taxes go up on the very wealthy?
4. Do you support M4a if your taxes would go up 2%, but you would no longer have to pay insurance premiums and all services were free or under $10?
