I just think in a Medicare for All situation - there will still be jobs, but they'll be different.
For instance - where a lot of time and money is spent trying to deny claims now - that time and money (and jobs) would be spent more in an oversight capacity.
Oversight of providers. Making sure they're billing correctly. Not over charging or over billing. Cutting out the massive amounts of waste, etc.
I'm sure the industry would take a hit - I just don't know that it would be as super huge as some people suggest.
We have a shit ton of insurance claims - SOMEone will have to work them - whether it's in a federal MCR4All office - or in the offices of the private carriers we have now.
