The sooner we do it the better because as you mentioned it's going to be difficult and we'll need to make adjustments. The longer we wait

the more costly it'll get.
We need to stop acting like staying the course is an option. They've tried so many things over decades and we're no closer to having a good health care system.
It's going to hurt and it's going to be difficult but we need to transition to Medicare for all.
