I was commenting on the U.S. being a breeding ground. That was the target of my comment.

I had to read backwards to get at what you were getting at.
My point was the world is a breeding ground. Testing is becoming less important because we are a pandemic even if it has't been officially declared yet. In fact I believe 4 or 5 weeks ago I said this thing was going pandemic and nothing to stop it now. That was around the point 18 countries had infected citizens. I don't even think the U.S. had a single infection when I posted that. Infection inside the country that is. We had infected citizens abroad
