We stopped at BJs this morning, and the package of Charmin was $40. That seemed a lot more than we usually pay at Costco.

big pack of Bounty paper towels was $40 as well. Both seemed $10 or more than we pay at Costco, but not sure the comparison.
Was wondering if there were price gouging going on.
