LYC: Day 2 with trainer (yesterday): First half is basically learning the exercises. I almost did a double under(?) with the jump rope. Workout:

400m on the bike (I was doing about 58rpm)
5 burpies
5 air squats
30 seconds jumping rope
Repeat 5x
Should be noted I've basically never done a burpie or jumped rope since middle school
