as you get older our balance gets worse and worse. You can walk fine and it's normal. But when you try to do balance

exercises it gets tougher. and then through some weight into the exercise and it gets tough. I see 60 year old guys get SUPER pissed cause they can't do simple exercises when they're starting out.

And your trainer will probably keep you at low weights but high reps. And it's a tough to do....

just make sure you stretch after you workout. I'm not kidding...and drink plenty of water...
