From approx 1000 to 1600.
The same factor 1.6 would result in a jump from 30 million to 48 million in a day if numbers ever got that high.

I think that's what precipitated Ireland's move to close all schools from tomorrow. Cases went from 43 to 70 in a day. Again a factor of approx 1.6

The closer to 1 that factor gets the better.
