There's been a lot of gentrification (pros and cons to that) in many cities and a bit of a 'return' to the city of some of us who grew up in burbs.

Burbs have great schools. That always the reason you here for living in the burbs if you have kids. But as an adult, without kids, the burbs kinda...suck. (IMO)
In order for families to move back to the city in droves, though, you need better city schools I think. If that happens, then I wonder what happens to the burbs? And what happens to the lower-income people driven out of the city by cost?
