No, because current protocol is stay home, rest, hydrate. If symptoms become severe, then consult doctor to see how to proceed.

What's overstressing the system is people with minor symptoms showing up expecting to be tested.
For almost everyone, treating the symptoms, regardless of cause, is going to be sufficient, especially if they practice social distancing.
