I think that promoters took note as well as started postponing events further out so no cancellations.

My fave that I'm aware of is Outside Lands which just went Early Bird Sale (well..actually they sold those out) and is doing so with a guaranteed refund policy 8-)

Refunds are available if Outside Lands is rescheduled or canceled. (www.sfoutsidelands.com)
