Fair to say that 2 of the 3 best run franchises in the NFL are in the AFC North?

if you're going to mold you franchise with an identity, copying Pittsburgh's stability is about as good as it gets.
And we'll find out in New England soon how good they actually are as a franchise and not as a Belichek/Brady operation.
