I can’t read the article, so this may be mentioned, but wasn’t he shut down/forced to donate it? It wasn’t out of the goodness of his heart. -- nm

His intent was to gouge, but on-line retailers shut him down. Then the news story ran and the public backlash force him to donate. -- nm

I am not 100% sure, he might have made some overture about donating and then the AG stepped in and made sure it really happened. -- nm
