Cost. Delivery to a central point is much less than a completely personalized service -- nm

They deliver in bulk M and Th to dozens of people at each gym. The prior company actually had no home delivery option. Not sure if this one does but n

For the food company, gym goers are a target audience and it is a central delivery point where the food for several customers can be dropped off -- nm
