Our business has some unique issues as we interact with third party financial institutions multiple times a day using secure third-party software.
Plus the whole customer service thing is a nightmare.
I am still working out details on creating a remote access scenario that would work and allow us to continue processing with the financial markets.
Luckily we are a small office of 5 people in an isolated office building. I can get from my home to the office without coming anywhere near another person.
Although, if a server issue occurs, I'll be here regardless as that's not something that can ever be handled remotely.
