100%. And in many places it isn’t a huge deal but in others, it means the world.

I believe right now, the election is not postponed but the governor has gone around the court ruling and beyond his own authority to get the polling locations closed.
So technically, the primary and local elections are still Tuesday, you just can’t go vote in them. So the result could legally be based on early voters and mail-ins.
