and don't show me things I was searching for/looking at outside of Facebook

1) follow all the instructions in this article from the Post:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2020/01/28/off-facebook-activity-page/

2) Never access Facebook when logged in on a regular browser. instead, only load Fb in a private browser. That means I have to log in each time, though LastPass makes that easy. When I'm done, I just close the private browser.
