It's absolutely insane. Carrie is a regional sales director. So they call her up wanting her to perform some sort of magic to fill their hotels.

And she gets there and they have no sales staff, terrible desk staff and the hotels look like they haven't been touched since they were built.
Even the best of the best of the best couldn't fill these shitholes.
