On October 31st we arrived at Disney World for vacation. While David, mrs pfm, and I were on the monorail, I got VERY sick. Like I’d been hit by a train. Nothing specific wrong, but I was ill. Like the flu. I actually asked Disney if they had a doctor on site.
I somehow rallied for the rest of the trip though I felt cruddy and tired the entire time.
When we were flying out a few days later, it hit me hard again. All in my chest. Exhausted. I immediately went to urgent care when we got home. Tested for flu but negative. They gave me some decongestant in hopes of stopping “drainage” which I didn’t have.
Wound up returning to regular doc seven days later as I was gasping for air. She wasn’t sure what it was. Steroids eventually helped.
