I enchanted a blue velvet dress with "charm" yesterday. I put it on her and let her walk around imperial city, it was hilarious. My personality score is aleady like 72 and this enhances it by 12 points. The guards were falling all over themselves to flirt with her. Of course, she IS the "hero of Kvatch" now and she's also a "Blade", but this was just funny.
