No -- completely different company. Evergreen Aviation has been a government contractor for decades, mainly in forest fire suppression planes.

And there are rumors they're a front for the CIA. Some news reports implicate them in rendition flights. But now they're expanding into security services, a la' Blackwater, and they offered to "help" Oregon with voter security on Election Day.
