active cases that are not / will not be reported, unless and until the # of tests rises. NY is representative of the problem ... you see as they have done more testing their cases have "exploded" e.g. cases have been rising country wide for weeks/months but they were not reported because they were not tested.

To be clear I think the JH data is accurate but not helpful currently.
