He announces stuff BEFORE consulting with the agencies/departments, WITHOUT telling them.

We called the consulate and they're like: the only order is for land boarders closing to tourists from Mexico coming into the USA, you are fine to return on Tuesday as planned.

That is NOT what the President and the media are saying of course.

This is your government, protecting you, ladies and gentlemen.

Criminal and tyrant were left way back in the dirt a long time ago.

This is something new, a new term will have to be invented by the political historians like they invented totalitarianism.
