not as such, that I've seen, but all "non-life sustaining business" are required to close as of today. You're still allowed to leave the house if you need to, though. -- (edited)

I'm just wondering if its a distinction without a difference, and people are just throwing around words that don't match the reality of life on the ground, is all.
