Right, law firms are working remotely. Sending people to collect the mail seems like something else altogether but what do I know.

I would have hoped people can email stuff or transfer electronically, it seems to be putting people at risk for something twice removed from "essential" (i.e., survival)
"Banks need to function" gets very slippery very quickly. For what, for money to flow?
What about gyms for people to exercise during lockdowns?
Just allow 3 people in at a time?
